What Do the Tower Terms of Use Ask of You?
Registering at Tower online casino or making your first deposit counts as accepting every clause below, and the bonus, wagering and withdrawal rules are where players most often get caught out: wagering, the bets you must place before bonus money can be cashed out, turns a A$30 welcome deposit into A$2,100 in bets at 35x. 18+ only.
House Rules
Which Tower Rules Apply Before You Deposit?
One account per adult, an A$8 bet cap while the welcome bonus runs, and an ID check before the first payout. Break one and your money can be held.
Who can open an account?
You must be 18 or older, live in Australia and be allowed to play online casino games under the laws where you are. Each person gets one account, opened with a real name, date of birth and address. Those details have to match your ID later, so a typo at sign-up can stall your first withdrawal. Small slip, real delay.
Your Tower login details belong to you alone. Under the Tower terms and conditions, every bet placed from your account counts as yours, whoever typed the password. If you think someone else has got in, change the password and contact support right away. Until you tell us, activity on the account is treated as your own.
What makes a bonus disappear?
Wagering is the total amount you must bet before bonus money can be withdrawn. Under the Tower bonus terms for the Welcome Package, it is 35x deposit plus bonus. Deposit A$30, receive A$30, and you owe A$60 × 35 = A$2,100 in bets, compared with A$1,800 at a common 30x. That is heavier. Winnings from the free spins carry 40x.
While the bonus is active, the maximum bet is A$8. Say you have wagered A$1,900 of the A$2,100 and place a single A$10 spin. The bonus and everything won with it can be removed. One spin can cost the whole bonus. Restricted games work the same way. Contribution is the share of each bet that counts toward wagering, and some titles count for little or nothing. Playing excluded games can be treated as a breach, so read the promotion's own terms before you spin.
What holds up a withdrawal?
A cash-out request stays put until the ID check, any bonus wagering and the same-method rule have all cleared.
- Pass the ID check
KYC, short for know your customer, means sending ID and proof of address before your first payout.
- Finish active wagering
Unfinished wagering on an active bonus keeps the withdrawal locked.
- Withdraw the same way
Where possible, money goes back through the method you used to deposit.
- Clear any mismatch
A name that does not match, a broken bonus rule or linked accounts can delay the request or cancel it.
When can an account be closed?
We can restrict or close an account that breaks the Tower terms and conditions, for example through duplicate accounts, false details or bonus abuse. You can close your own account at any time through support. If you want to keep access but set boundaries, you can add deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude instead. Limits work best when you set them before your first deposit, not after a loss.
If a game or system malfunctions, any pays and plays during the fault are void. We are not responsible for failures on your side, such as a dropped connection or a device problem. Changes to the terms are published on this site. If you keep playing after an update, that counts as accepting the new version, so check the date on the terms before each new bonus.
18+ only. Terms apply to every deposit.
Terms
Which Tower Terms Catch Players Out Most?
Signing up counts as accepting every clause. The rule most likely to cost you is the A$8 bet cap while a welcome bonus is active.
Do I have to accept the terms to play at Tower?
Yes. Registering or making your first deposit counts as accepting the full set of Tower terms, and you cannot opt out of single clauses. Read the bonus and withdrawal rules before the first deposit, not after.
Can Tower change the terms after I join?
The general terms can be updated, so the version on the site when you deposit is the one to read. Each promotion also carries its own conditions, such as wagering, validity and max bet, and these are shown in that promotion's terms. Check them every time you claim, even for an offer you have used before.
What can get my bonus cancelled?
The usual trigger is a bet above A$8 while the welcome bonus is active. Wagering (the amount you must bet before bonus money becomes withdrawable) is 35x deposit plus bonus. A A$30 deposit with a A$30 match means A$2,100 in bets, and one oversized spin can void the whole lot. A costly slip. Playing excluded games or running out of time also cancels the bonus. The list and the deadline are in that promotion's terms.
Why was my withdrawal delayed or declined?
The first payout waits for KYC, an ID check that confirms you are the account holder. There's a catch in the rules: a request made while wagering is unfinished, or to a payment method in another name, can be held or refused. Upload your ID early and withdraw only to your own account.
Can I have more than one Tower account?
No. The rule is one account per adult. Duplicate accounts can be closed, and bonus winnings on them can be removed. If you lose access to your account, contact support rather than opening a new one.
