What do you give us when you sign up?
Registration asks for your name, date of birth, address, email and phone number. Every deposit adds payment details, and your device, browser and cookies (small files that remember your session) add technical data. Bets, bonuses and every tower login are logged in your account history. Marketing emails are a separate opt-in. Leave the box unticked if you don't want offers.
Why do we ask for your ID?
KYC means know your customer, a check that you are who you say you are and over 18. The law requires it, and it also stops one person from opening several accounts. Here is the scenario. You deposit A$30 and win, then refuse to send ID. The withdrawal stays on hold until you do. The money is still yours, but you can't move it.
Who else sees your data?
Payment providers process your deposits. Game providers see your bets on their titles, and analytics and support tools see how the site is used. Regulators and authorities get records when the law requires it. Your activity also decides which bonus offers reach you, so expect promotions shaped by how you play.
How long is data kept, and can you delete it?
Account data stays while your account is open and for as long as the law requires after that. Transaction and verification records can't be erased on request. There's a catch in the rules: deleting your account removes any bonus you haven't finished. A A$30 welcome deposit with a matched bonus means A$60 × 35 = A$2,100 in bets, and closing the account halfway through ends it. Finish first, then delete.
The contact form works differently. Your name, email, topic and message go to the operator of our network of sites, a separate party that acts as data processor. They use it only to review your message and reply. The site itself keeps no copy once the message is delivered.
Your IP address is never stored. To stop abuse, the form keeps only an irreversible hash of it, a scrambled code that can't be turned back into the address. Attachments are not accepted. Links and contact details inside your message are hidden automatically for security. Messages are kept for up to 180 days, and then the name, email and text are deleted. Only anonymised statistics stay: topic, language and date. To send anything you have to give explicit consent by ticking the box in the form.
What rights do you have in Australia?
Under the Privacy Act 1988 you can ask what we hold about you, get it corrected and complain if something goes wrong. If our answer doesn't settle it, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. For any Tower casino privacy request, use the contact form with the topic Privacy / data request. You can ask what data we store about you or ask us to delete it. Pick that topic so the request reaches the right desk.
